Description
Hi,
I just made my very first OSM editing and tried to upload it, and received the error message
There was an error uploading this request (400)
"Placeholder IDs must be unique for created elements."
Please redownload the problematic feature to handle the conflict.
Pressing "Download more" didn't help, no idea what causes the conflict, no idea what to do. Someone on the Mailing List said it looks like a bug.

BTW: I just tried to export this to an osm file and read it with JOSM.
The result was broken, one of the single nodes (for a playground) was then melted into a building's path.
Maybe there's something wrong with the internal data structures.

I could successfully upload the changeset after manually removing a single node from the .mdc file with a text editor. That node (A single node with leisure=playground) that had the same ID (i.e. -808) as another node, that was part of a building.
So there is a problem with creating new node IDs.
